Backyard Fun & Leisure, Inc. does NO excavating. We will level the shed up with treated wood shim material, up to six inches. Leveling beyond six inches will require an additional charge.
Most areas require a building permit for structures over 150 square feet in size.
Building permits, Zoning permits and Homeowners Association permits are the responsibility of the customer.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to to check with the local authorities to make sure that the structure will comply with the regulations in their area.
Delivery charges will apply to jobs located outside of our standard delivery area.
PAYMENT METHODS Minimum 20% deposit required. For projects over $3000.00, a 50% deposit is required. Balance is due upon completion of construction.
